upgrade manager fail to upgrade libxml-sax-perl on 8.10 -> 9.10

I'm upgrading ubuntu 8.10 to 9.04. The upgrade manager fail to install to package about perl and xml. This is the second one...

Forgot to mention: this was during upgrade from Kubuntu 9.04 to 9.10

Sorry for the delay in responding...

I did have XML::SAX installed from CPAN. Removing that allowed apt-get to install libxml-sax-perl.
