When I tried to reply to the initial (emailed) request, Launchpad kept rejecting my emails; I finally sent the files directly to you on April 28th after trying Launchpad several times.

On a somewhat related note, a failed package installation on a different computer tried to report the error via the web to Launchpad, but got an error page. It looks like your but reporting system has a bug...

BTW -- you ask for several files, but the "attachment" option below this form allows for only *ONE* file. If the file I'm uploading isn't the one you need/want, let me know.

Having to go through all this is a pain. No wonder bugs go unreported...
