Battery Charge Monitor does not detect 1500AVR LCD UPS

Bug Description

Ubuntu 8.10 detected my CyberPower 1500AVR LCD perfectly. Everything worked. After upgrading to 9.04 the gnome "battery charge monitor" tray utility tells me im constantly running on AC power and "No battery present".

This is fixed. Or was never broken. Fixed itself when i reloaded 9.04 with a fresh /home.
