You can already choose font color from the settings dialog.

Sorry I could explain the bug/request better.

Colour chooser write me a code of selected colour or when I put the code I can see colour. It is very useful tool in html writing.

I know about highlighting of syntax but this is not the case.

In Geany there is a feature that write me code of color (in css or html) so I can visually create web pages. Please see screenshot.

Oh, I see what you mean now.
The best way to get this implemented would be to file a wishlist report at bugs.kde.org. (And please post a link to that bug here when you do)
