Bug Description
It'd be great to have an RSS feed for changes made to a single file in a branch.
Consider a project that keeps its developer guide in a text file in a branch. Developers know what's in the guide, but might miss the occasional change, creating friction. If developers subscribe to the file in their RSS reader, then they can stay up to date without taking any extra effort.
