polaroid plugin text doesn't allow apostrophes

Took a screenshot,
screenshot menu
polaroid
execute
Entered " Kelly's Picture " in the text box (no double quotes though)
clicked refresh
button bounces back right away and did not change anything (text wasn't added/changed at bottom of picture)
" Kellys Picture " works
" 'Kellys Picture ' " only adds the text "Kellys"
" Kelly''s Picture " adds the text "Kellys Picture"

So it doesn't handle the various combinations of apostrophes properly.

FWIW the following characters do work (certainly not all the possible special characters or non-US characters)
`~!@#$%^&*()_-+=-[]{}\|;:",.<>/?éèëêïöüç¿É¼½

If you're using the bzr version of shutter, go ahead. Otherwise this fix
will be available in the 0.80 beta release (in the beta repository - it's
not there yet)
