Bug Description

UTF-8 output doesn't work properly or webserver doesn't serve file as UTF-8, resulting in unmasked special characters being messed up.

Geocaching.com serves iso-8859-1 (latin1).

Current workaround in trunk is setting output_encoding of HTML::Tidy to ascii, making it mask all special characters.

Switched to ASCII output so entities are used anyway.
