KeyError when requesting bug page

mdz reports getting OOPS-1208EA222 while trying to retrieve this page:

  https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/acroread/+bug/359518

I get the same thing, and consistently. When I request https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/359518 it redirects to this page and oopses out.

I can reproduce this, but inconsistently (about 60% of attempts so far oops)

Its consistently working for me on bugs.launchpad.net and consistently failing for me on bugs.edge.launchpad.net. Looks like a recent landing broke something.

Note that it also works on staging (currently r7986).

The reason this is happening is that there's some incosistent data, with some bug messages not having corresponding message chunks.

we've added a guard against that, to make sure that we don't fail with key error, and filed bug #365092 for investigating why that happened.
