Bug Description

try this:

My Files $ mkdir a
My Files $ >a/b
My Files $ mv a ~/tmp

Syncdaemon will only see a FS_DIR_DELETED event for 'a', but no FS_FILE_DELETED event for 'b'. so when trying to delete 'a' on the server it will say "NOT_EMPTY"
