Bug Description

I have a Dell D600. I've been running Ubuntu on it for close to two years. I recently upgraded jaunty and now high quality flash videos are jerky and the sound no longer syncs up with the video. Low quality videos from youtube seem to work fine. When I press the high quality video, the problems appear. Below is an example video that played fine with Ubuntu 8.10. With Jaunty, the video is jerky and the sound doesn't sync up.

Please let me know what information I can provide to help troubleshoot this issue.
