Bug Description

Binary package hint: banshee

Steps to reproduce:
1. Under jaunty, start banshee.
2. Adjust the separator between artists and songs at some place.
3. Maximize the window.
4. Close (competely) banshee.
5. Start banshee again. The separator will have moved a little on the right.
6. Restart at point 4.

Ubuntu version: jaunty RC
Banshee version: 1.4.3-3ubuntu2

See successive screenshots of what happens.

I did all these screenshots while running jaunty in a virtual machine.

I confirm this bug. Each time I restart Banshee, the separation line between the artist and album panel moves a little more to the right. Although I placed the album panel at the top (see my screenshot attached)
I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 64bit with Banshee 1.4.3-3ubuntu2.

I think this is a bug that was recently fixed upstream: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=578896. Can you confirm that it happens when the Recommendations pane is on and doesn't when it's off?

Same problem for me. i tested these versions of banshee:
Version: 1.5.0-0ubuntu1~hyper2~jaunty1
Version: 1.4.3-4~hyper1+jaunty1
Version: 1.4.3-3ubuntu2

 That's good, but I can't seem to reproduce it in the 1.5.0 build for
Karmic either.
