Cannot login to Kubuntu 9.04rc after updates

Bug Description

After applying a big update on 2009-04-18 (which includes among others kdebase-bin_4:4.2.2-0ubuntu4) I can no loner login to KDE desktop. While logging in the splash screen blink a few times (disappears and reappears) and then the desktop goes into an infinite loop of appearing and disappearing (showing kdm background).

Renaming .kde directory helps, but is of course not the best way to solve the problem.

I found out that removing kwinrc config file solves the problem. The buggy file attached.

That kwinrc works fine for me in KDE 4.3 beta2.
