hellanzb doesn't work anymore after update from 0.13ubuntu2 to 0.13 ubuntu3

Binary package hint: hellanzb

There was an automatic update today for hellanzb, it stopped working:

$hellanzb status
Unable to connect to XMLRPC server,
error: Connection was refused by other side: 111: Verbinding is geweigerd.
The hellanzb queue daemon @ http://hellanzb:changeme@localhost:8760 probably isn't running

It was working fine before...

Agreed just about to log this myself.

Tested on two machines. On running hellanzb the program just dies

zeus@pandion:~$ hellanzb
Warning: Hellanzb.XMLRPC_SERVER_BIND is not set, bind to 127.0.0.1

hellanzb v0.13 (config = /etc/hellanzb.conf, C yenc module)
zeus@pandion:~$

There are no error messages in either hellanzb log files
And also no messages in syslog or messages log files.

Also sorry just a side note thanks to Alessio Treglia for trying to fix the warning messages.

For now I tested reverting back to the previous package and it does work

Note to install save file say in home directory.

then open a terminal and sudo dpkg -i hellanzb_0.13-3ubuntu2_all.deb

Opening the deb file in the default GDebi Package Installer will not allow installation as you already have the 'newest' version

Did an apt-get update / upgrade and got a new version of hellanzb 0.13-3ubuntu4
Now it works again, thanks for fixing it.
