some Providers send From and Recipients like this:

"Name" <email address hidden>

if Quotes appear inside the Name they are escaped: \"

dont know if other escapes take place.

need to investigate what quoting rules apply

Examples are Xing-Newsletters

Moved into Store via Outlook - Mapi connection:
no Problems

Moved into Store via Outlook - IMAP connection:
Outlook over Mapi cannot identify the real email part of to/from
Outlook over IMAP and others have no problem

Moved into Store via Thunderbird or Evolution - IMAP connection:
Outlook over Mapi shows email like this "=?UTF-8?Q?Andreas_H=c3=bcgel_?="
