Left click on tray icon should toggle journal viewer

Bug Description

Left click does nothing. I think left clicking it should bring the journal viewer to front, or send it back to tray, depending if it is showing or not.

This has been partly fixed, in that it is brought to front when left clicked.
It would be intuitive to send back to tray in the same way, so that should be implemented before release.
BTW: Universal-applets does this, that code could maybe be copied.

The problem we face here is that the UI and the engine are only connected via dbus
each is a process of its own
