I cant install updates! BrokenCount Err!

I receive this error when i try to install updates & i think it is about perl module!

Hello,

Thanks for taking time to report this issue.
Lets try to reproduce the issue. We first delete the downloaded package then do update as usual. Could you please run the following commands in a terminal and attach the output ? (copy/paste everything into a text file and attach it here).

sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/perl_5.10.0-11.1ubuntu2.2_i386.deb
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
