Flickering Screen while Rotating cube

Bug Description

When I drag a window from one workspace to the other ,cube rotates,at that time whole screen flickers.
I ATTACHED A SCREEN SHOT.

System Spec:
Running on open ati driver(not proprietary one) ,onboard graphics card>ATI RADEON 200 SERIES,Chipset.
Intel D101Ggc,P4

when a bug status is changed to incomplete,shall i have to change the status to new every time?

No, you won't have to change the bug status yourself. Bug triagers like myself may set the status to incomplete if the report lacks enough information to reproduce the error. At this point, we likely have enough information to do that, and the next step is for someone with the same hardware/driver/release to confirm the bug. (Unfortunately I can't do this myself since I don't have an ATI card).

The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Karmic Koala. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. I cannot reproduce this problem in karmic with an Intel X3100. It appears to be a driver issue so may be resolved in karmic.
