printing panel cant connect to CUPS

Bug Description
Hi i've upgraded to dapper flight 5 and my printer is not working, i go to "System > Administration > Printing" and the next error is displayed:
" The CUPS server can not be contacted"
and i look into /etc/init.d/ and cupsys is running.
that's all.

I suspect that you use KDE (Kubuntu), am I right? This would be bug 33173.
