Bug Description

Binary package hint: usplash

I'm using an updated italian version of Ubuntu Jaunty and said text is not localized. I don't know whether other languages are affected or not.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu install, that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of this project.

- This is not a bug affecting a majority of user group. Hence not a papercut.

Don't worry though, this bug has been marked as "Invalid" only in the papercuts project.

IIRC, it is not possible to localize that part of the boot screen: the system doesn't know the user locale there. I don't know if it is possible to do something like Grub2 does though.
