In my case I have the impression that the problem occurs actullay before resume/suspend/shutdown. My system freezes and after a hard reset/ (power off) I get the crash report from this bug.

same for me. every boot (warm or cold) produces this reliably. see tarball for lshw, lshal, lsmod, lspci, and dmesg for info on my hardware.

Heh, I think I have this too.
Then I'm trying suspend my computer, I get: see dmesg.log
System sleeps and wake-up immidiately. And I get not working sound.
