Bug Description
IIn the default interface of UNR the mouse response is not acceptable, especially when it passes the desktop icons it shows a sticky behavior, but when you open a application the mouse movement is back to normal. After switching to the normal Ubuntu Desktop the mouse moves happily in the desktop as well as application window. This happens on my EEEPC 701SD. However, I also run a Live USB session on my Acer notebook, it doesn't has this issue. It seems the UNR need some tweak on the lower cpu like the EEEPC
