Display refresh issue with selection

There's some problems with evince document window.

- If you select some text with mouse, then deselect by moving mouse back to
selection start, previously selected area is blank.
- If you select some text, then move another window over evince window,
everything not selected is erased.

Maybe it's worth noting that I cannot reproduce this bug on debian sid, which
has the same versions of evince and poppler.

Upstream says, it is believed that it was an evince bug. However it's not
reproducable with CVS evince, setting PENDINGUPLOAD.

I'm getting the same in new ubuntu(8.10)...
in Ubuntu try to select text by dragging, drag just above or bellow the text It will show blank election text.
