Bug Description

After updates to Breezy on approx. 21/09/05, my X no longer starts.

The message which I am getting is "Screen(s) found but none at correct
resolution". I have a 1400x1050 screen on my laptop (Dell Inspiron 510m). Up
until then it had been working correctly. I had 855resolution installed because,
without it, I could not run at 1400x1050 and everything was blurry.

I have created this report as Launchpad does not allow me to attach files (logs).

yes, 855resolution (which is a universe package) needs to be started earlier

Okay,

I thought that, because I had removed the 855resolution package and it still
wouldn't boot that fixes to 855resolution would not remedy my problem.

I will reinstall Breezy, download all updates and let you know if the problem
stil occurs. Thanks for your help.
