Please sync dh-ocaml 0.4.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

This package is needed to build e.g. calendar 2.01.1-3 which is listed
as fixed on the rcbugs page.

Unfotunately the package is not distributable as is, so we can't bring this into the archive.

ocaml-md5sums/feeding.sh is GPL V2.

The rest of the packages is described as GPL V3+ in debian/copyright, but the files mostly say GPL 2+. There is now verbatim copy of the license in the package.
