downloader folder moves up

Bug Description
After selecting a download folder and closing "Advanced Backgroud Settings", next time I open it, the parent folder of the selected folder is set as the download folder.

Forgot to mention, the same happens for the Local Folder. Using version 2.7 under Ibex amd64.
