xbase-clients doesn't depend on xkbutils, xrdb, xpmutils

I have checked all packages which Replaces: xbase-clients (and exclude xutils)
and then diffed it with xbase-clients depends and here is result:

(It also means that some important packages won't get installed during transition).

Some of those dependencies should be moved to some other packages. F.e.
xkeyboard-config is not useable without xkbutils.
