Firefox 3.5 does not properly clear cookies

I am using the new 3.5 amd64 Firefox and I have noticed that it does not properly clear cookies. Standard procedure for me is to accept cookies but clear everything (except exceptions) when I close Firefox. This is not working in 3.5. I have installed 3.1 and it works perfectly now.

By the way, this seems to work fine in Firefox 3.5.2 for the record.

I am encountering the same bug.

 In:
 Preferences->Privacy->Settings...

I have everything checked (to include Cookies) to be cleared when I quit firefox.

HOWEVER in the Preferences->Privacy panel under cookies settings area, the "Keep until:" setting was "they expire"

It looks like that is overriding the clear history settings which should not happen.

I suppose it would be helpful to note I am using the most recent version of ubuntu and my firefox version is 3.5.5 that comes from the ubuntu repos.
