Bug Description

Often, in epiphany, the page refuse to scroll when using the "scroller" (middle
button of the mouse, la roulette quoi)

It's not quite clear when it happens, but I've found a way to reproduce it :

visit this webpage : https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=7078

scroll down until it blocks. The same happens when starting from the bottom and
scrolling to the top.

The only way to to enable mouse-scrolling again is to manually scroll to an edge
of the page (top or bottom).

This is only an example, but it happens really often when browsing the web. In
my experience, it seems that pages who are blocking the scroller always had form
fields. Don't know if it is related.

I have the same problem on my iBook. I choose Hardware-value "All". I doubt the
concerned package is the "firefox" one neither the "epiphany-browser" one...
Maybe it's a gecko-matter?

Edit : I'm not allowed to change Hardware-value...

I noticed today that when things get into this broken state, moving the mouse
cursor to the scroll bar and using the wheel there still works. Not only that,
it also gets it working again when used within the main window.

Weird.

Can any one confirm if this happens with all mice or just Logitech? There are
several known issues upstream with Logitech mice. I can confirm the bug with my
mouse in 1.0.7.

I don't think this is hardware related but I think this is related to the website conception.

I saw the scrolling does not work when the cursor is over a <div> section, could you try to see if this the cause?
