Module dbus for python2.3 instead of python2.4

Bug Description

In file /usr/bin/smart-notifier there is /usr/bin/python2.3 used as an
interpreter, although package smart-notifier depended on python2.4-dbus
and needed for python2.4.
After starting /usr/bin/smart-notifier error "ImportError: No module
named dbus" has been raised.
If I changing interpreter in file /usr/bin/smart-notifier from
/usr/bin/python2.3 to /usr/bin/python2.4, then error also changing to
"ImportError: No module named dbus_bindings"
