The screenshort is rather small and the description a bit short.

Could you please make the screenshot a bit bigger and tell me what application produces this notification?

The default gnome's BATTERY CHARGE MONITOR produces this. This visual bug I get when I plug my laptop into power cord and the battery gets fully charged

I did another upload of the notification-daemon that hopefully fixes the problem?
