help page of esvn does not appear even with esvn-doc installed

Bug Description

esvn-doc provides the help page for esvn but does not appear when you click on Help -> Contents in GNOME. Invoking esvn from the terminal then clicking the contents like gives a warning:

QTextBrowser: no mimesource for index.html

Tested on esvn 0.6.11+1-2 and esvn-doc 0.6.11+1-2
