Bug Description
=== Report a Problem from Help is not working ======
DESCRIPTION
I've click on the help icon situated by default in the top bar to launch the Help Center. Then in the Help Center I choose Help again and click the option "Report a problem", but nothing happens. I've check the System monitor and I could not see a new process launch (although this is not the best way to be sure, I know, but I'm not very geek).
The feature "ubuntu-bug PACKAGE" works fine (I just send one related to network-manager) and Apport also detect a problem related to suspend/resume failure, but I haven't had success with the Report a Problem, which I'm sure could be a great help for ordinaries users filling bugs or reporting problems.
=== Hardware and Software configuration ===
Hardware is a Macbook Pro,1,1 with 2Gb of RAM and 2Ghz dual core Intel Processor
