raw1394 permission configuration doesn't undo correctly

The raw1394 permission edit in Jaunty will not undo itself in the 0.4.4 release.
Instead, a conflicting permission is added to the /lib/udev/rules.d/50-udev-default.rules file and the tag that the software searches for is deleted. This permanently breaks the raw1394 permission option in the software.

To reproduce:
- open /lib/udev/rules.d/50-udev-default.rules in gedit (to watch for changes)
- open ubuntustudio-controls
- check the raw1394 permissions checkbox
- click apply
- refresh /lib/udev/rules.d/50-udev-default.rules (watch under the # Firewire section - line 48 for me)
- uncheck the raw1394 permissions checkbox
- click apply
- refresh /lib/udev/rules.d/50-udev-default.rules
- check the raw 1394 permissions checkbox
- click apply
- refresh /lib/udev/rules.d/50-udev-default.rules

This is a patch, it essentially just adds/removes the raw1394 permission from the bottom of the file rather than attempting to add/edit the permission in the middle of the file.
