Bug Description

I have 2 monitors of different resolutions running on an NVIDIA graphics card with the newest driver installed. The OS is Jaunty Beta. My primary monitor is to the right of my secondary. I have 2 metamodes in the xorg.conf file, one runs the primary monitor only, the other runs both monitors. By default the computer runs with only one monitor on. I created 2 gnome panel launchers that toggle between the metamodes. When I used 8.10, my gnome panels would stay on my primary monitor when i enabled my second monitor, as configured with NVIDIA's driver software. With 9.04, my bottom panel stays, by my top panel moves to the other monitor. If i move the panel to the bottom of the screen, it stays. I checked the gconf-editor, and the properties are the same as the bottom panel. When I do a metamode switch, i can actually see the value 'monitor' change from a 0 to a 1.
