gentoo compile error, qt4 paths incorrect

Bug Description

It seems there is some problem for Mixxx users on Gentoo where correct paths of Qt4 are not found and compile will fail.

I am attaching small patches to SConscript and qt4.py files that attempt to fix the errors and find the correct paths. I have tested this with trunk and 1.7 branch and can compile successfully after these modifications.
Please see forum post here http://www.mixxx.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=449 for more info.

Thanks

I'm going to throw this in our 1.7.0 branch shortly. I've also passed the qt4.py patch upstream to it's maintainer.

Thanks Gavin!
