[R700] FGLRX error with ATI 9.3 drivers and Jaunty

Bug Description
Hi
I am running Jaunty 9.04 and since I upgraded to the 2.6.28-11.41 kernel the ATI 9.3 drivers will not install automatically saying:
Error: ./default_policy.sh does not support version
default:
If I create the packages manually and install I get a libglx error 7, fglrx module mismatch 0 error
If I install the 2:8.600-0ubuntu2 driver packages then X crashes with the attached report info
Pleeeease help
