Bug Description

New, written from scratch russian translation file for Coccinella.

Note 1:

#: ../jabber/Chat.tcl:313 ../jabber/Chat.tcl:325 ../jabber/Chat.tcl:2102
#: ../jabber/Chat.tcl:3216 ../jabber/Chat.tcl:4201 ../jabber/JUI.tcl:1245
#: ../jabber/Roster.tcl:83 ../jabber/Roster.tcl:91 ../jabber/Status.tcl:38
#: ../jabber/Status.tcl:46
msgid "Chat"

must be in separate dialogs - "Chat" for buttons and "Free for chat" for status

Note 2:

#: ../components/UserActivity.tcl:343 ../whiteboard/WDialogs.tcl:188
msgid "Running"

also must be in separate dialogs - in russian (and some other) language(s) this words have different translations

Note 3: In SVN some translations (including old ru.po) is broken - after compilation *.msg files for da.po, fr.po, ko.po and sv.po is empty.

Do you want write access to the ru.po file in the Subversion repository?

Regarding the notes:

Note 1: I plan to fix this for next release.

Note 2: maybe I should replace that string with "Activated"? What do you think? Or do you have another suggestion?

Note 3: Indeed, that's because there has been a conversion to gettext po file format. Because conversion caused small differences and errors, all strings needed a review. That's why they had been marked as "fuzzy". Fuzzy strings are not compiled to the .msg format.

No, thanks. If i will have updates, i simply will spread them here.

Regarding answers:

2. In english language it's all right - both user action and a server state are called "Running" (user action can't be "Activated", right?). But in russian language the word "run" can be translated as "бег" (human move, etc) and "выполнять" (execute) or "работает" (working) for "Running", depending on context. Therefore in russian i can't translate this dialogs with different function using only one word for both. So just split it into two dialogs:
------------------
#: ../components/UserActivity.tcl:343
msgid "Running"

#: ../whiteboard/WDialogs.tcl:188
msgid "Running"
------------------
for english and
------------------
#: ../components/UserActivity.tcl:343
msgid "Бегаю"

#: ../whiteboard/WDialogs.tcl:188
msgid "Работает"
------------------
for russian/ukrainian and similar languages.

I meant to replace:
#: ../whiteboard/WDialogs.tcl:188
msgid "Running"

With:
#: ../whiteboard/WDialogs.tcl:188
msgid "Activated"

Ah... Understand. I think that "Running" approaches too, but i can't give to you advice about this - english is not my native language.
