webfav doesn't support Russian alphabet

Bug Description

I tried to add ВКонтакте as a webfav, the text displayed in the dialog was weird boxes rather than the website title. I edited it in the dialog and the text is correctly displayed in the Launcher. Webfav 1.11-0ubuntu1

I suspect this shouldn't be an issue anymore. Could you please try this again in the latest karmic version and let us know if you still see this problem?
