Support for playing words sounds

Sounds could be found by:

Having a new StarDict file but containing the ogg/mp3 binary instead of the article.
Having many ogg files inside the dictionary folder and having some index to link the file and the word.

Thks to Grissiom proposes the phono module of pyqt.

and can be downloaded from sudo apt-get install python-qt4-photon

I also propose to be able to play sounds online with XMLRPC.
