Bug Description

When I update the system or install a new package for example, I have this message:

lex@pinocchio:~$ kdeinit4: preparing to launch /usr/bin/kbuildsycoca4
<unknown program name>(4043)/ KStartupInfo::createNewStartupId: creating: "pinocchio;1239503707;482422;4043_TIME0" : "unnamed app"
kbuildsycoca4 running...
Error: "/var/tmp/kdecache-lex" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0.
