Bug Description

Binary package hint: xfce4-governor-plugin

Ubuntu 8.10

I expected the cpu governor to scale the frequency up when I do processor intensive things such as playing games on high quality with HDR bloom and such.

Instead my 2.9GHz AMD 64x2 brisbane sits idle at 1GHz
