Jaunty hangs on boot on my Acer Aspire 9500.
According to my dmesg, it hangs (3 minutes !) here:

[ 193.358366] lp0: using parport0 (interrupt-driven).
[ 193.500831] Adding 1156640k swap on /dev/sda6. Priority:-1 extents:1 across:1156640k
[ 194.073383] EXT4 FS on sdb2, internal journal on sdb2:8
I tried with the beta and the daily-live (2009/04/11).
Thanks

Sorry, I realize that this hang is in fact due to this bug: /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ linux/+ bug/316405

It's workaround (include saa7134 in blacklist) solved my problem.
