Bug Description
When I create a new branch, and I visit the branch's page; the following text is provided above the details:
"Created by Jonathan Davies on 6 minutes ago and last modified 6 minutes ago"
The 'on' should not be there - however all other branches are correct:
"Created by Jonathan Davies on 2009-03-04 and last modified 18 minutes ago"
Provided is a screenshot of a new branch for an example. edge is currently at: "Launchpad 2.2.3 (r8201)".
