Bug Description
The GTK file dialog seems to block forever under the following condition:
- Have a bookmarks for a SMB network share in the dialog
- Have the keyring unlocked and the SMB share accessible ( eg. via nautilus ).
- unplug the network cable
- start GEdit and select 'Open' or 'Save'
--> The application will deadlock
Deactivating the network interface or reconnecting the cable will bring back the application.

This bug is not limited to GEdit. Priority should be high since data loss will occur when you need to kill the deadlocked application
