Bug Description

I can get some usage information from ubuntuone-syncdaemon --help, but real manpage documentation would be nice.

a manpage is also a mandatory requirement in order for the package to
be accepted in ubuntu.

It's only mandatory for Debian, not so for Ubuntu (which is good,
because man pages for every random binary is a bit off).

We should probably move ubuntuone-syncdaemon to $libexecdir (in
automake-speak) too, as I don't think it's something we really want to
suggest the user be running by hand.

Is there going to be a command line only interface at all then?

Yes, we'll probably keep u1sync around because it's pretty useful to be able to drive things from the command line. There will also be a DBUS interface that can be used if the CLI doesn't do exactly what you want.

but, I agree that we should not have a manpage for ubuntuone-syncdaemon, and should move it out of /usr/bin

I think something like cmd_client or extra functionality in u1sync is
needed so the user can put/get one file and explore whats on the server
without downloading everything.

Fair enough, I won't use ubuntuone-syndaemon.

Please teach us how to use u1sync from the command line :-)
