Option to disable "Open with" in nautilus

Bug Description

I installed Phatch to use infrequently in some image processing, but I don't want it showing up on my already-big right-click on a folder list.

Is there an option to disable this?

You can do this by removing it from your nautilus extension folder:
$ pkg-config --variable=pythondir nautilus-python
/usr/lib/nautilus/extensions-2.0/python

However this will break your installation. (You could try renaming to another extension instead.) It would be better if Phatch has a separate package for nautilus integration. This is low priority for me, but I'll accept a good patch.

@Vadim

Is this only about the right-click on folders or also for the right-click on images?

I started a blueprint for it, as this will require some packaging effort (feel free to subscribe):

I'm dependent for this on collaboration with Debian packagers.

As this not a bug, but a feature request, I close this bug to avoid duplicity with this blueprint:
