Hey, this is my first time doing this, but I read the ubuntu packager guide, and using the 396 release as a starting point I was able to package 1134! So can we either get this in Ubuntu or point me to where I should be putting it to get it in Debian?
 I wasn't sure what you needed so I've uploaded the deb and the source parts.

past few years in how its built.
