Bug Description
I had a friend who was really looking for a timer applet, but couldn't find one in add/remove programs or by right clicking the panel and selecting add. He assumed one didn't exist.
But we do have one, already great and already packaged - timer-applet. The only trouble is it has no entry in app-install-data.

Thanks for your bugreport.
I reassign to timer-applet, it should provide a desktop file then it will be automatically picked up by software- center/ gnome-app- install.
