timer-applet not listed in Gnome-App-Install

I had a friend who was really looking for a timer applet, but couldn't find one in add/remove programs or by right clicking the panel and selecting add. He assumed one didn't exist.

But we do have one, already great and already packaged - timer-applet. The only trouble is it has no entry in app-install-data.

Thanks for your bugreport.

I reassign to timer-applet, it should provide a desktop file then it will be automatically picked up by software-center/gnome-app-install.

Timer-applet does not belong in the Applications menu though, only in the panel -- does that mean you want a .desktop file with nodisplay=true in it?

Timer Applet is a GNOME panel application, so it shouldn't show up in the Applications Menu. Marked as "Won't Fix" because too controversial.
