It looks like you don't have a Flash player installed and that loading a webpage with flash didn't cause Firefox to give a plugin download prompt. Is this correct?

Changed in firefox-3.0 (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete
summary: - I can't watch that flash video on that site, I only seen black screen
- without sound, maybe I need some different player ?

It's not a flash video, it is an embeded wmv video.

The only thing that'll play this video without crashing 100% of the time on ubuntu is mozilla-plugin-vlc (all of the xine, mplayer, gstreamer plugins crash or don't run at all because they can't decode it).

This bug is not a duplicate of 272722.

This problem comes up quite often in Finland as at least 2 of the free TV channels use this site to allow viewing recently aired programs. (MTV3/SUB)
