Bug Description

Binary package hint: krusader

Since few days I cannot delete a non empty directory using krusader. The warning "Directory cfga is not empty!" appears, which is fine, but clicking on "delete all" just does nothing. If i open a terminal from krusader with F2 and I enter command "rm -rf name_of_dir" the dir is deleted as desired.

Version : krusader 2.0~svn6249-0ubuntu1
Release : latest Kubuntu jaunty (updating daily since alfa2)

Important update :

If you create a directory xyz and put some files in ... then navigate to that directory and press DEL ... a dialog appears "Do you really want to delete this item?

The problem does NOT appear when in the dialog:
In the dialog "Warning - Krusader" , Directory xyz is not empty! Skip this or Delete All?

the button "Delete All" is clicked with mouse. The directory is deleted as supposed.

The problem DOES appear when in the dialog:
In the dialog "Warning - Krusader" , Directory xyz is not empty! Skip this or Delete All?

the button "Delete All" is pressed by keyboard (pressing TAB, ENTER). In this case the directory is NOT deleted.

Another even more important update :

I do not know how to properly report this ... but it seems that problem is not in Krusader ... but in QT ... because the same problem appears in Konsole.

How to reproduce :
open console
create new tab
make execute some program (for example ssh to a remote machine)
select "File-> Close tab"

...
dialog "Confirm close" appears .. that suffers from the same problem as with krusader... that is ... when using keyboard (tab, enter), the tab is NOT closed. When pressing the button with mouse, it closes ok.

Workaround : besides obvious mouse click ... pressing TAB, SPACE instead of TAB, ENTER does the trick

This is linked to upstream...Not really sure if krusader or qt/kde.

Same here, in both cases: upgrade from 8.10 and clean 9.04 install. Please note that I'm running Krusader under Gnome.
